Orologio watches are designed for dependable everyday wear. Correct use and regular care will help preserve the appearance and performance of your watch.
One-Year Warranty
Orologio watches are covered by a one-year warranty from the original date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship.
If a watch is confirmed to have a covered defect, Orologio may repair, replace or refund the watch at its discretion.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, impacts, improper or unreasonable use, unauthorised repairs, normal wear or failure to follow the care instructions.
Please retain your proof of purchase, as it may be required for a warranty claim. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not excluded by this warranty.

Water Resistance
Water resistance varies between Orologio models. Always refer to the rating shown on the individual product page or watch case.

3 ATM: Suitable for incidental splashes only

5 ATM: Suitable for everyday exposure to water, but not swimming

10 ATM: Suitable for recreational swimming when the watch is in good condition

20 ATM: Suitable for swimming and more demanding water exposure, subject to the model’s instructions
Do not operate the crown or chronograph buttons while the watch is wet or submerged. Avoid hot showers, saunas and sudden temperature changes, as heat can affect seals.
Water resistance is not permanent. Seals can deteriorate through age, impact and battery replacement. Have the seals and water resistance checked after the case has been opened and before extended water use.
Cleaning Your Watch
Wipe the case and bracelet regularly with a clean, soft cloth.
For water-resistant stainless-steel models, use a lightly dampened cloth to remove perspiration and surface residue, then dry the watch thoroughly.
Do not use solvents, abrasive cleaners, polishing compounds or harsh chemicals. These may damage the finish, plating, seals or crystal.
Stainless-Steel and Plated Finishes
Stainless steel is durable and corrosion resistant, but it should still be cleaned after exposure to perspiration, salt or chemicals.
Plated finishes will naturally change with wear over time. Avoid contact with perfume, sunscreen, cleaning products, salt water and abrasive surfaces to help preserve the finish.
Minor scratches and gradual surface wear are normal characteristics of a watch that is worn regularly.
Leather Straps
Keep leather straps dry and avoid prolonged exposure to perspiration, water, perfume and direct sunlight.
Leather naturally develops signs of wear and variation over time. Allow a damp strap to dry naturally at room temperature and keep it away from direct heat.
Battery Replacement and Servicing
Have batteries replaced by an experienced watch technician. Incorrect opening or resealing may damage the case or reduce water resistance.
Ask the technician to inspect the seals and conduct an appropriate water-resistance test whenever the case has been opened.
Do not leave an exhausted battery inside the watch for an extended period, as leakage may damage the movement.
